Barbecue is a rich part of American culinary tradition. The familiar flavors of smoke and spices elicit memories of nostalgic backyard barbecues shared with family and friends. Across the country, barbecue is rooted in tradition and regional pride, and for many, barbecue tastes like home.

With reverence for this classic blend, we believe that selecting the perfect balance of spices is an art form, and one that demands high quality ingredients and an expert touch.

When we developed our PSC Barbecue Spice Blend, we set out to create a seasoning that would perfectly complement the natural flavors and textures of meat, but our vision was also to push this blend beyond its traditional applications. We are pleased to share that our blend is not only an ideal seasoning for meats, it is also designed to bring the mouth-watering flavors of barbecue to plant-based foods and meat alternatives.
