One of our favorite parts of being a vendor at Natural Products Expo West (NPEW) is getting the opportunity to share our latest and greatest spice creations with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals. This year, we are unveiling our new blend, PSC Tuscan Dream. Chef Marc Dix will be joining us to help introduce this blend and demonstrate its versatility.

Chef Marc is a renowned chef and PSC fan favorite and we are thrilled to welcome him to our booth.


The Genesis of PSC Tuscan Dream

We wanted to create a blend that was versatile across all types of cuisine, and that could be used as a base for hot Italian cooking oil and chili oil. We measured, taste tested, and blended until we created PSC Tuscan Dream.

This sensational blend is a mix of key spices and herbs, including oregano, thyme, rosemary, red chilis, garlic, onion, lemon, and pepper. The combination of bright citrus, aromatic herbs, and savory spices makes PSC Tuscan Dream flavorful, versatile, and classic. It is the perfect seasoning for a variety of dishes, particularly in Greek, Italian, and Mediterranean -style foods, and contributes beautifully to various oil mixtures.


Meet Chef Marc Dix

chef marc dix spice stationChef Marc grew up in Los Angeles and is now a resident of Redondo Beach, CA. He is a classically trained R&D Chef who graduated from the L.A. Culinary Institute in 1999 and has logged over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Holding titles such as General Manager, Head Chef, R&D Chef, and Proprietor, Chef Marc is an expert in his field.

We have collaborated with Chef Marc Dix on several past projects, and we greatly value his rich expertise, passion for the culinary arts, and charismatic and creative approach.

Chef Marc is excited about helping us showcase PSC Tuscan Dream because it is a highly versatile blend. As a chef, he loves to take simple, natural ingredients and adapt them in new and exciting ways. He is eager to help us demonstrate the potential of this blend at NPEW.


Showcasing PSC Tuscan Dream at NPEW

At NPEW, Chef Marc will be joining us at our booth to present PSC Tuscan Dream in a bread, spice, and oil station. This recipe tasting will offer you the opportunity to try it for yourself in an olive oil base alongside a variety of vinegars, parmesan, and chili flakes.

In a special presentation, Chef Marc will guide you through his process for adapting simple ingredients like PSC Tuscan Dream into various applications. Throughout this event, Chef Marc will explore the power and possibilities of spices and herbs in food production, and will empower you to add vibrant flavor to any dish using our spices.
