This year at NPEW, we will be joined by renowned chef and PSC fan-favorite, Chef Marc Dix, who will be showcasing his expertise with a special recipe tasting at our booth. In his presentation, Chef Marc will explore the power and possibilities of spices and herbs in food production and will empower you to add vibrant flavor to any dish, without compromising nutrition.

Delicious food doesn’t have to be complicated. As products with health and wellness benefits continue to gain popularity in 2024, more and more consumers are reaching for options with fewer ingredients and minimal processing. We expect to see this trend take center-stage this year at NPEW, and are excited to showcase how food manufacturers can add flavor naturally using our high quality spices and herbs.
