To showcase the potential of each blend, we’ve created delicious mocktail recipes that are sure to inspire both experienced and novice bartenders alike. And in honor of the growing mocktail trend, these drink recipes are designed to be made with non-alcoholic spirits.

Garden Highball Cooler

About PSC Lavender Sage Cocktail Mix: Floral, minty, and slightly earthy, this blend is herbal, fragrant, and naturally refreshing.

Ingredients:

For the Lavender Sage Honey Syrup

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup PSC Lavender Sage Cocktail Mix
1/4 cup honey

For the Mocktail

Ice
1 oz alcohol-free gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
1.5 oz Lavender Sage Honey Syrup
4 oz tonic water
Lavender sprigs for garnish

Steps:

For the Lavender Sage Honey Syrup

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and remove from heat.
  2. Stir in PSC Lavender Sage Cocktail Mix and honey until fully mixed. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain, cool, and store in the refrigerator.

 

For the Mocktail

  1. Fill a shaker and a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add alcohol-free gin, lemon juice, and Lavender Sage Honey Syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake well and strain into glass.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with lavender sprigs, serve, and enjoy!

 


 

Jalapeno Mint Margarita

About PSC Jalapeño Mint Cocktail Mix: Hot, sweet, and fragrant, this perfect pairing of spicy jalapeño and cool mint proves that opposites attract.

Ingredients:

For the Jalapeño Mint Syrup

1/2 cup water
1/4 cup PSC Jalapeño Mint Cocktail Mix
1/4 cup agave nectar

 

For the Mocktail

1 tbsp PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix (for rimming)
Ice
1 oz alcohol-free tequila
1 oz Jalapeño Mint Syrup
1 oz classic margarita mix
1 oz lime juice
Fresh jalapeño slices and mint leaves for garnish

Steps:

For the Jalapeño Mint Syrup

  1. Boil water in a saucepan, then remove from heat.
  2. Stir in PSC Jalapeño Mint Cocktail Mix and agave until fully mixed. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain, cool, and store in the refrigerator.

 

For the Mocktail

  1. Scoop PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix onto a small plate. Rim the glass with this blend by running a lime wedge along the rim of the glass, then dipping the rim in the seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Fill a shaker and a low ball margarita glass with ice.
  3. Add alcohol-free tequila, Jalapeño Mint Syrup, margarita mix, and lime juice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well, then strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh jalapeño slices and mint leaves, serve, and enjoy!

 

Note: For a spicier drink, add more Jalapeño Mint Syrup to taste.


 

Chili-Lime-Pineapple Sodachile lime pineapple cocktail recipe

 

About PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix: Bold, zesty, and full of flavor, this blend adds a fiery kick and tangy, citrus notes to any dish or drink. Take a journey to the tropics with our PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix.

 

Ingredients:

Ice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz non-alcoholic tequila
1/2 tsp PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix
1 oz club soda
Pineapple wedges or lime slices for garnish

 

Steps:

  1. Fill a shaker and a glass with ice.
  2. Add the pineapple juice, non-alcoholic tequila, and PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix to the shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass.
  4. Top the glass with club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a lime slice.

 

Note: Feel free to adjust the amount of PSC Chili Lime Cocktail Mix to your preference. You can also add more or less club soda to adjust the level of carbonation in the drink.
