Ingredients
For the Cauliflower
1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp PSC Harissa Blend
1 tbsp PSC BBQ Blend
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
For the Harissa BBQ Glaze
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp PSC Harissa Blend
½ tsp PSC BBQ Blend
Water (to thin the glaze, if needed)

Steps
Roast the Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
