3 Innovative Spice Blends in Action at IFT

This year at IFT FIRST, we are reaching beyond flavor trends to spotlight three crave-able seasoning blends that are bold, practical, and scalable. Booth visitors will have the opportunity to sample all three of our spice blends at our special sample station.
1. PSC Elote Seasoning
This blend is inspired by the flavors of a traditional south-of-the-border street corn (elote) dish. With a mix of chili powder, cumin, lime, and other spices, this seasoning delivers savory, earthy, and chili-forward flavor.
This blend is ideal for flavoring corn ribs and snacks, as well as veggie dips.
2. PSC Smokin’ Heat & Sweet Seasoning

3. PSC All Dressed Seasoning
Inspired by a beloved Canadian potato chip flavor, this seasoning is an eclectic blend of sweet, savory, tangy, and smoky spices. We reimagined the traditional recipe to deliver bold and unconventional flavor – all in one convenient seasoning.
PSC All Dressed Seasoning is perfect on popcorn and other snacks, or stirred into mayonnaise for a quick and flavorful dip for veggies, chips, and fries.
