About Golden Latte Mix

About Green Latte Mix

To make our Green Latte Mix, we combine some of the most nutritious leafy vegetables with two of our favorite spices. With spinach, parsley, cilantro, cardamom, and allspice, this warm and earthy green drink will leave you feeling energized and refreshed.

Spinach is a nutrient-rich vegetable that is high in insoluble fiber, making it beneficial to digestion. With high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium, it may reduce oxidative stress, promote eye health, fight cancer, and regulate blood pressure.

Parsley is a nutrient-dense herb that is particularly rich in antioxidants and vitamins (K, A, C). These nutrients promote bone health, prevents cell damage, and may lower your risk of certain diseases.

Golden Beet Green Latte recipe

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup unsweetened oat milk or coconut milk (divided)
2 ¾ tsps of Golden, Beet, or Green Latte Mix

 

Directions:

  1. Select your latte mix of choice.
  2. Heat 1 cup milk in a small pot on the stove.
  3. Add Golden, Beet, or Green Latte Mix. Whisk over heat until mix is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat. Add remaining milk to mixture.
  5. Mix until combined and pour into mug.
