Pacific Spice Company has decades of experience dealing with the highest quality, most reputable growers from around the globe. Every one of our products is sourced from raw materials that meet our extremely rigorous quality specifications.

TESTING AND PURITY

Each of our products goes through extensive microbiological, chemical and organoleptic testing before being delivered to a client. All of our suppliers must meet strict vendor qualification process before commencing their work with us.

We manufacture in the U.S. to ensure that our product quality is consistent, as fresh as possible, and ultimately safe from adulterant and contaminants.

CERTIFICATIONS

Our food safety systems are certified by NSF as GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) compliant. In addition, our GMP and HACCP programs are consistently given high marks when audited by third-party certifiers (as well as our customers).

Safe Quality Food (SQF)

The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program is recognized by retailers, food companies, and food-service providers around the world who require a rigorous, credible food safety management system. Pacific Spice is SQF certified, with an “Excellent” rating.

Organic

We are certified for organic operations and production by QAI (Quality Assurance International), a leading USDA-accredited organic product certifying agency.

Kosher

We are fully certified kosher by the Orthodox Union, the world’s most recognized and trusted kosher certification.
